The complexity and changing requirements of customers’ order fulfillment came to the attention of PT Sahabat Utama ( PTSU) in 1999. The management team decided to set up Xpresindo Logistik Utama ( XPRES) . XPRES owns several distribution centers that are equipped with modern storage equipment and material handling system. In order to facilitate the efficient information flow, XPRES recently enhanced its Warehouse Management System application ( WMS) . Today, XPRES manages all order fulfillment activities of PTSU as well as service clients in the telecommunication industry. XPRES continues to improve its capabilities to become a 3rd party logistics service provider by providing state-of-the-art Truck Management system ( TMS) for its transportation business.
